- Number of images and delivery format
- Post-processing and retouching scope
- Payment terms and any deposit requirements
- Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements
- Image usage and licensing rights
Where specific terms are not agreed in writing ahead of a session, general professional standards and reasonable expectations apply.
5. Image usage and intellectual property
Photographs created by Monarch Frame Ltd remain the intellectual property of Monarch Frame Ltd unless expressly transferred in writing. Usage rights, licensing terms, permitted applications, and any exclusivity arrangements are discussed and agreed on a per-enquiry basis.
No automatic transfer of copyright, unlimited usage rights, or commercial licensing is assumed or implied by the payment of any fee. Image usage is limited to the purposes agreed at the time of engagement unless extended by written agreement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring any required third-party permissions, location consents, or model releases relevant to a session are obtained prior to the session taking place.
6. Client responsibilities
Where a photography session involves third parties (such as event guests, team members, or other subjects), the client is responsible for ensuring that appropriate consent and permissions have been obtained from those individuals for photography and the agreed use of images.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any location used for a session has appropriate permissions and access arrangements in place.
7. Payment
Payment terms, fee structures, and any deposit requirements are agreed per engagement and communicated in writing prior to the session. We reserve the right to require a deposit before confirming a booking. Specific pricing is not listed on this website and is subject to discussion per enquiry.
8. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis at the time of booking. These terms will be communicated clearly in any booking confirmation or agreement. In general, reasonable notice is expected for any changes, and any deposit paid may be non-refundable subject to the terms agreed.
